Ordering & Payments

Got a BODYCON COLLECTION Gift Card? You can redeem it online! Just check the terms and conditions on the card for more details.
You can use multiple payment methods for one order, especially when it comes to gift cards, discount codes, and online payments. So, if you have a gift card and want to combine the rest of the payment with a credit or debit card, you can do that. Just make sure to enter your discount codes first at checkout.

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email. After you complete your purchase, we’ll send you a confirmation that includes all the details of your order. Throughout your checkout journey, you’ll also get multiple notification emails, including updates about shipping and tracking.

To apply a discount code or gift card, simply enter the code in the gift card and discount code box during your checkout process. Once you've entered it, make sure to review your order before finalizing. After your code is approved, the discount or gift card value will be automatically deducted from your total.

Shipping & Delivery
Our standard shipping times average from 7-10 days globally after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping times are based on city and inner-city locations. If you’re in a regional area, please allow extra time for delivery. Unforeseen delays, such as customs processing and peak-season demand, may affect delivery times.
We aim to dispatch your order the same day. Tracking details can sometimes take a couple of days to fully update, so don’t worry if it’s not immediate.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey! Just click on the “Track My Order” link on our website to stay updated.
We’ll also send you email notifications when your package is on the way and nearing delivery. If your tracking info isn’t updating or you’re experiencing delays, reach out to our friendly customer service team—we’re happy to help.
If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, check with family members, neighbors, or your building manager—they may have accepted it for you. Still no luck? Let us know, and we’ll assist you in locating your package.
Your order may receive a first-mile tracking number while it’s in transit and clearing customs. Once it arrives in your country, it’s handed to a local courier (such as USPS, Royal Mail or Australia Post) for final delivery, and a last-mile tracking number is issued.
Your Track My Order page will always show the latest tracking update. Please allow a few business days for tracking to refresh before contacting our customer service team.
We ship worldwide from our warehouses in Australia, the United States and Hong Kong. Your order will be sent from the location closest to you with stock available.
- We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if ordered before 2pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking details may take up to 5 days to be updated.
- Orders may arrive in separate parcels due to warehouse availability and you can track all your parcels with ease via your dedicated Track My Order link.
We make shipping easy, and ship to most major countries globally. All orders are shipped through our trusted global partners, including DHL Express, USPS, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post and Royal Mail.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer overnight or next-day shipping options.
Our standard delivery usually takes 7-10 days. We always recommend planning ahead for your special events to ensure you have your items in time.

We know waiting for delivery can be stressful. Your tracking sometimes takes a little time to sync. If it hasn’t updated after a couple of days or shows no movement, reach out, and we’ll help investigate it directly with the courier.
First, check with neighbors or anyone at your address who might have accepted it for you. Most couriers will also leave a note if a parcel was safely tucked away. If it still can’t be found, contact us, and we’ll help start an investigation.
Sometimes items ship from different warehouses based on stock, so you might receive them in separate parcels, but don’t worry, you can track them all from the same “Track My Order” link.
We try to get your order out fast, so shipping addresses are usually final once you’ve placed your order. If you need to update it, email hello@bodyconcollection.com right away. We’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t always be guaranteed.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@bodyconcollection.com and are subject to approval. Orders that are already shipped can’t always be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. You have 60 days from the date your order was placed to send your return. This gives you plenty of time to try it on and decide what you love. Returns after 60 days may not be accepted.

How to Return Your Item:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid return shipping label, and the cost of the returns label will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are only processed once the return is received, inspected, and approved.

To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- No marks from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or tanning products
If something is worn, damaged, or doesn’t meet these requirements, it may be declined or sent back at your cost.

Please note, final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Intimates (Bodycon Shapewear & Swimwear) cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

For change of mind, sizing, or style preferences, we issue store credit or a gift card. This gives you the freedom to shop again!
We don’t offer refunds back to the original payment method for these kinds of returns.
Some things can’t be returned unless they’re faulty:

Yes, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and any label costs will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
We offer one complimentary return per order. Additional returns may need approval and could incur a small restocking fee (varies by region).
Returns must arrive within the 60‑day return window. If they arrive after that, they might not be accepted and could be sent back to you.
If you think an item is faulty, email hello@bodyconcollection.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll review it under applicable consumer laws and offer one of the following: repair, replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the issue.
We strive to make this process as smooth as possible, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.
Once your return has been sent, please allow up to 10–15 days for your parcel to transit and be inspected. We'll be in touch via email with your approval.

Bandage Dresses – Made with thick, stretchy fabric (a blend of polyester, nylon, and spandex), these dresses are designed to hug your curves. If you love a snug fit, go with your usual size. Prefer a little extra room? Size up for a more relaxed feel.
Bodycon Dresses – These styles have less stretch, so we recommend sticking to your regular size for the best fit. Many of our customers find that sizing down gives them a more sculpted look.

Yes, we do restock sold-out items. If you're interested in a specific style or size that's currently out of stock, just head over to the product page. There, you can register your interest, and we'll notify you via email as soon as it becomes available again.

Order Changes & Cancellations
We know how exciting it is to receive your order, so we work quickly to process and ship it! Because of this, once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address.
